In 2007, Vanguard Energy Partners proudly contributed to the installation of the original solar array at Ferreira Construction Co.’s headquarters at 31 Tannery Site, a 42,000 sq ft combination of shop and office space. This groundbreaking project made the building the first net zero building in the U.S. In 2023, Vanguard Energy Partners completed a comprehensive repower of the system, enhancing its efficacy and ensuring its success for the next decade. This upgrade reinforces our commitment to sustainable energy solutions and supports Ferreira Construction Co. in maintaining their leadership in renewable energy adoption.
